Frequency Ask Questions

Before placing an order at Momentime, please kindly take some times to read the following FAQ and How to order.

 

Q1 : Do you accept international orders?
Answer : No. For reasons of shipping methods, we restrict the countries we ship to. For details, please email to us. The postage fee will base on Hong Kong Post Office.

Q2 : Can I check if I succeeded my order or not?
Answer : Yes! You may check your order by two ways described as follows.
1. Login to "My Account" and check your order status or history.
2. Email to us

Q3 : Can I change or cancel my order?
Answer : No! Once the order was confirmed, you can neither change nor cancel your order.

Q4 : Why I do not receive "Order Confirmation"?
Answer : Your registered email address might be invalid. Please check your account information. If your registered email address is correct, please contact at sales@momentime.com stating with your Member ID, Order ID and your name.

Q5 : Why I cannot use Paypal or Credit Card to pay the bill?
Answer : If you do not login to the system or do not register as a member, your online order will directly send to sales@momentime.com. After we receive your email, we will follow up your ordering request and confirm the total amount of the order. Thus, you can login to Paypal website and go to "Send Money" tab to proceed.

Q6 : What are customs duties?
Answer : Taxes charged by the destination country on incoming goods. Those rates depend on each country. Also they are varied by purchased items. For more information, please contact the customs office of the country you are concerned about.

Q7 : How long does it take from order to delivery?
Answer : We will ship your order within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your order. The delivery time may vary depending on the country.

Q8 : Can I ship my order to different address from my registered address?
Answer : Yes! You can ship to the address other than your home address.

Q9 : Can I exchange to different items?
Answer : Yes! You can exchange to different items with the same price or pay the additional fee to buy the expensive items.

Q10 : How do I get a refund?
Answer : Please provide your HSBC bank account number or paypal account. We will email to you after transfer payment to you.

Q11 : Why I can't receive Momentime email?
Answer : Due to the abuse of spam mails in the internet, many email systems will filter the suspected email to the spam mailbox. How to avoid to receive Momentime email? Just add sales@momentime.com to your email address book.
